The following prices are a "from" price, for dogs that are on a regular schedule and whose coats are maintained. The price may be higher if there is a long gap between grooms. We recommend that you please book your next groom at each appointment. Any mix with Poodle coat we recommend grooming every 4-6 weeks.
We reserve the right to quote additional costs due to size of dog or thickness of coats.

T&C

Cancellations and No Shows: Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48h will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services and a 50% deposit to secure your next booking.

Matting policy: Our normal grooming charge does not include de-matting. There is an additional charge of up to £30.00 to de-mat your dog. Price depends on the coat condition, size of the dog and time needed to remove the matted coat. Dogs severely matted will be shaved off, there will be a £20.00 charge incurred as the equipment will have to be sent off for sharpening. Please let us know if your dog is matted so we can allocate extra time for your appointment. Extra long coat will incur additional charges.

Fleas: If your dog is found to have fleas a flea shampoo will be used and additional cost of £10.00 applied to your groom price.

Photographs: We would like to have your permission to take photographs of your dogs groom for our social media advertising. If you wish to opt out please inform us at any time.

Please note that these prices are only a guideline. We consider every case separately. When pricing our job we take the following factors into consideration: size of the dog, grooming history, stage of the coat and it’s condition, thickness of the coat, dog’s behaviour. We need to consider these factors as they determine the levels of work required. We do not want to overcharge you neither do we wish to underestimate our work. Please be as precise as possible when describing your dog to us over the phone. The price of the grooming will be agreed with you before we start the job.
